1. Overview

Free Payslip Generator ("the Tool") is operated by Project Q / Antigravity. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

2. Your Payslip Data

Your payslip data never leaves your device. All processing (payslip generation, PDF/PNG/Word export) is performed entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. No payslip content is transmitted to any server operated by us.

Company name and employee name are saved to your browser's localStorage for convenience (auto-fill on next visit). This data is stored only on your own device and is never transmitted.

3. Third-Party Services

This Tool loads resources from the following third-party services. By using the Tool, your browser makes requests to these services, which may involve the transfer of your IP address and browser information to them.

• Google Fonts — Used to load the Inter typeface (only after cookie consent). Google may collect your IP address when serving fonts. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense (Publisher ID: ca-pub-4008140139529411) — Used to display advertisements (only after you give cookie consent). Google AdSense uses cookies to serve personalized ads based on your visit. See Google Advertising Policies. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.
• Tailwind CSS CDN — Used for styling. Your IP address may be logged.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) — Used to serve html2canvas, jsPDF, and docx.js libraries. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use the following browser storage:

• Cookie consent (cookie_consent) — Stored in localStorage to remember whether you have accepted or declined advertising cookies.
• Company info (payslip_company) — Stored in localStorage to auto-fill your company name and currency on return visits. Contains no sensitive personal data beyond what you choose to enter.
• Google AdSense cookies — Set by Google only if you accept cookie consent. Used to display and measure advertisements.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

• Right to access the personal data we hold about you
• Right to deletion of your data
• Right to object to processing
• Right to withdraw consent at any time (by clearing your browser's localStorage)

Because we do not collect any personal data on our servers, most data requests should be directed to Google (for AdSense/Fonts data) using the links above.

To withdraw cookie consent or delete saved company info, open your browser's developer tools → Application → Local Storage → delete the relevant keys, then reload the page.

6. Data Retention

We retain no server-side data. LocalStorage entries persist until you clear your browser data or manually delete them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
